• This “fund” was created in June of 2025. 
• They are listed on Facebook, Instagram and X. On each they have the same 16 they are following, Chevy, Ford, gun owners, NHRA. no people no real Followers. 
• They have 5 posts from June 2025 and one from Facebook Aug 2025
• They have one You tube video about Oklahoma
• They have no accomplishments and no updates to any projects or actions. 
• They have sent 2 mailers to Mitchell Bend. Seem to be their only focus
• Their Executive Director  Dylan Frederick  could not be found on Linked In, Facebook, X, or Instagram….Why??

Misinformation in this Mailer

1. The proposed Mitchell Bend Property tax will only be on properties over $1 million. 
2. There have been zero talks to restrict ANY use of personal property
3. Any one can run for city council, but all positions will be voluntary and not paid positions. 
4. Double payment for services? Completely false. There will not be additional fees for Fire, Police, or EMS services

• Noise regulations on existing businesses and those that come to the area
• Pollution regulations for energy producers that wish to come to the area
• The ability to protect your home and land from excessive noise, pollution, and disturbance from those that wish to take advantage of the lack of regulation in unincorporated areas
• We are not looking to regulate, restrict, or add permitting to the personal use of any land.
